Some companies are just damn slow, too. I order some back issues of Heavy Metal from them and it took like three months for them to finally ship/arrive. Not saying that this is the case here but in this world of "I want it now" there are still places that work at their own pace.

That being said you always have the option of recovering your expenses if you used your CC/Paypal.

BTW the BBB is a pointless path they have little to no power or meaning nowadays.

whatever you decide just figure at some point you’ll find what you are looking for somewhere else. Don’t try to get these books from Comicxposure anymore. You gave them a chance and they failed you.

I remember I had trouble with Dynamic Forces. Something like that happened to me. Not only that, but they charged me twice for an order I never got. And they would always say that they would always email you when something was shipped but not in this case. I had to use the credit card company also. Dynamic Force's is owned by the owner of Dynamite comics. I don't know if he knows how his company is so crooked or not. I remember every time I called the credit card company up I would get a different person, with an Indian voice. Each one seemed to acting independently so there was mass confusion.

If using a credit card to pay, call credit card and get a refund by the credit card company. Tell them exactly what you posted above and you will get your money back. Have done this a few times when things have gone South while buying online.

One-paid on this date.
Two- never got a shipping order by them after waiting X amount of time.
Three- contacted company on phone X date with them not answering phone.Thru X date You still tried all available phone numbers and email with ZERO return communication by seller.
Four- used emails with seller on X date which they responded and ask for shipping #, which they never sent originally and got no other communication from seller since then.
Five- time when bought items and till current time has been enough time for seller to refund or have shipped items bought, by me, which is long enough for you to get my refund by credit card company.

The above is what I would tell credit card company and I promise you’ll get a refund by credit company. The credit company wants you happy and they will ask you a few questions. The above posting of you will be enough effort by you and time not getting items for credit to refund you. Easy stuff really, just a short amount of time on the phone. And of course, never use that comic store again.
Hope you can find the books elsewhere.

Has anyone had problems with Comicxposure.com? I placed an order for some back issues that were only Comicxposure.com covers for G.I. Joe. These were not upcoming issues that I would have had to wait on, they were older. So, I got charged my $54.88 including shipping on August 28th. I immediately get an email saying that when the product ships I will be provided tracking and shipping information. Cool. September 5th rolls around and I have not gotten anything from them. I try and call Comicxposure at both numbers, one is no longer in service and one, no one ever answers, leave all the messages you want, no call backs. So I send them an email asking them what is going on? They email me back the same day and ask me for my tracking number............wait what? I do not have a tracking number because my products have not shipped.....so I email them with my order number. September 6th, nothing. I wait all the way til the 12th and re-email them.....no response. The 14th, nada. O.K., I contact the New York BBB and file a complaint and now they are involved. It is now the 20th of September and Comicxposure.com has yet to refund me, send my product, OR even contact me. So, does anyone have any way of contacting this group or has anyone ever had a problem resolved with them and how? I'm at a brick wall with this group and nowhere to go.
