If we make multiple adjustments to a book and the last adjustment is up then it shows as a gain.

For example, if a book is overpriced at $300 and we change it to $150 and then immediately change it to $200. The price will show as an increase because the last change was upward. Overall the price went down by $100 but the last change was an increase, so it shows an increase. Today my overall total dropped by about $400 even though my collection has increased, according to Gains/Drops, by over $400.
