this is one of those weird flip cover things that CPG doesn't show all the covers to or cross-index them. Went to comics.org and found it, so it's actually the flip cover of 'The Strangers' #13 (did you look inside the book, or turn it over?): https://www.comics.org/issue/55210/cover/4/
so it's on CPG under The Strangers: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/strangers-the/13/phqriv

comics.org states: "Only the Zero-issue of this title (Ultraverse Premiere) was released as its own comic. All further issues were released as flip-books to regular on-going Ultraverse series. They are:

#1 - Rune (1994 series) #3
#2 - Mantra (1993 series) #10
#3 - Prime (1993 series) #12
#4 - The Strangers (1993 series) #13
#5 - Firearm (1993 series) #11
#6 - Prototype (1993 series) #13
#7 - Hardcase (1993 series) #16
#8 - Sludge (1993 series) #12
#9 - Freex (1993 series) #15
#10 - The Solution (1993 series) #16
#11 - The Night Man (1993 series) #16

always try google searches before posting, you can almost always find more correct info or a listing somewhere. See this thread for my search tips too: https://comicspriceguide.com/forum/topic12110-evil-ernie-youth-gone-wild-directors-cut.aspx

Would be nice if this 'title' was also listed as Ultraverse Premiere too. But if you search that, the 'one shot' #0 issue does say "Cont in. Rune 3, Mantra 10, Prime 12, Strangers 13, Firearm 11, Prototype 13, Hardcase 16, Sludge 12, Freex 15, The Solution 16, Nightman 16", so that's your clue to match it up with those titles based on the main story on the flip side. https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/ultraverse-premiere/0/popyjy

So to whoever edits the guide, why not make it EASY on people and just list all those, with the Premiere side image, under Ultraverse Premiere, with notes that the other side is 'Title/# X'? AND note it on the regular title's page that it's also 'Ultraverse Premiere #X on the flip side'? You're welcome.
edited by collectibleshop on 5/14/2018
edited by collectibleshop on 5/14/2018
