I believe this may be a variant book for https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/teenage-mutant-ninja-turtles-the-movie/shwym as comics.org (the only place I was able to find any real information for it aside from within the book itself) indicates it was "Also released in a longer, black and white version by Mirage and a newsstand edition by Archie."
