For CBCS you have to go to their site and figure out which service tier your books fit into and fill out their form accordingly. There should be tutorials online how to pack your books for shipping to them. Then you ship your books via whichever service you want and then wait a few months for them to grade them and send them back. It is around $50 a book.

For CGC you have to find an online business that has a membership with them and fill out their forms. Again, CGC has different service tiers so you have to visit their site to figure it all out.

For both you will need to have a very good idea of the market value of each book. So you have to try and grade the book yourself as accurately as possible so that you can look online what each book is realizing in value at that grade and that way you have an idea of the FMV (Fair market value) and how much insurance you need and, therefore, which tier your books can be submitted under.
