It has no pic (as you said). Needs to be uploaded.
Scan your pic or take a picture, best you can (Crop it real good) save to your documents on your computer. Select "Contribute Scan". If it still comes up as an error then not sure what to do.

It says no information. I assume that should be for the soft cover. There are no photos currently for either so I'm trying to send a scan of my Soft cover, if it will work...
