It's called a Newsstand Copy or variant (with Barcode) This one was sold at any or all magazine/book outlets.
They where in general handled roughly.

The one on CPG is called a Direct Edition (no barcode), Sold directly to LCS's (Local Comic Shop's). More specifically targeted at collectors. These books where generally handed with more care.

They are the one & the same book, Newsstand copies from the 80's into the 90's are becoming much popular as they are becoming harder to find, Especially in higher grade.
