The yellow (Gold) heading is the clue as Marvel were synonymous with gold coloured second prints.

There could be a 3rd print but i have not seen one.
As to why 2nd print is cheaper then first i don't know. Interesting that you seen a different 3rd price for this book.

I own the yellow-gold title edition and it has no indication on/in it anywhere that it is a 2nd printing. I have also seen a $7.95 online listed as the 2nd printing. It makes no sense to me that a later printing would be cheaper than the first edition,and the $7.95 edition seems to support this.
