I really appreciate your kind words.
I have a Huge family and many friends
and thank G-d many came by today-
or zoomed me
or face timed
or called.
some brought flowers-
some brought Coffee-
some brought books-
all brought warm wishes.

Dear Rixxmaxx (*EEIG) -
I agree with your wise comment.
I have a HUGE comic collection (I know some of youse guys have more but for a Canuk it is HUGE)
AS you point out-My family -feel I am partly wacky-in a gentle kind of way..
But-
Enuf about me-
any new reports on comics?
I still have my gratuitous job too fulfill

Hey Ruk, Happy belated bday!
Now that I got your attention, figured I'd pick your brain a bit on how comicspriceguide determines values. Considering many of us have books that are undervalued here such as AMF 15, Hulk 181, etc. How does comicspriceguide determine values and how frequently do they update the values? What research do they perform to determine accurate values? I've noticed some strange value changes recently both ways.

Dear Guys-all *EEIG
OK-I live in the far North_ as you know-I am old-I have a very very busy day Job that does not involve comics at all.
I have a tremendous stressful day job -but it pays the bills - and I have been doing it for 54 years--------------
a few have ventured North and seen me in person-I do exist.
I started this list years ago because I felt everyone was just adding values-with no order or pattern.
No one asked me to-at the outset some people thought it was too Proudful to keep this list-
so years ago I said to them-if you do not want to be on this list-don't
I do not care
I do not get paid by the site-
if you list or do not list-it is your choice-
I love comics -I love collecting-I love lists
I like you feel the prices here are very conservative-they seem to love Marvel but try and buy a Fawcett-or a Dell-early stuff
my collection is heavy in pre 1960 but I do have some great ASP
Me - I love Gerber old stuff-rare
OK enuf sermonizing
My Pal Basement(*EEIG) remains at a lofty Position #20
and Dal 1283(*EEIG) moves up more than I can remember anyone doing -something like 18 spots to Position #30
quite a move-but going further it gets harder -the guys ahead of you are VEry Competitive.
But great move.

OOPs-ASM-I own ASM #300 in quantity-some signed-
but still prefer DC-Fawcett-Dell-
and I have some crazy very rare but unheard of comics-very old-some in terrible shape but fine for me.
for me -I wd prefer a comic with no cover but very rare-say Gerber-7 or 8 to a very hot comic that they published a ton of-but each to his own................
